I don't think we need an entire forum for jokes, unless by jokes you mean spam/random things, etc, in which case: FAQ - aka Things That You Will Be Made Fun Of For Asking.

A thread telling/sharing jokes in Gen.Chat wouldn't hurt I guess if they were appropriate.
