If the thread titles are bugging Daniel then its fine with me if he makes an announcement about it. I'm sure we would disable all-cap titles if it bugged more people, but I don't think it does.

Caps are appropriate in certain situations. I can't think of one right now, but I'm sure there are some.

Can mods actually ban people to multiple banned groups? I've not tried that using the normal ban options, only through the main CP, so don't know
