I hate Beavis and Butthead

I don't particularly like 'I hate stuff' threads. I tend to believe they can be ended rather quickly with things such as this:

"Constructive criticism" is fine; hatred is not.

"What don't you like about FFVIII?" is a good way for people to share thoughts, ideas, and valid criticisms. However, "why do you hate that worthless piece of trout called FFVIII?" is just asking for trouble. A thread like that is all about attack and anger, not discussion and exchange of ideas. "It r sucky cuz it = sux" is usually about as deep as those threads go.

So yeah... if a thread's gotta take a negative angle, it should do it in a way that's not intended to cause offence.
