I'll tell you what. I'll register a new account, name it something other than election booth, like election master, and post the new rules for the elections. is that ok?

It doesn't belong to anyone. Nait registered it and it got passed over to Tammy last time. All that should be done is for all the PM's to be cleared and the password reset to something. It's not used for personal reasons (or shouldn't be). So yeah, go for it, clout. =P
