I think I may have made the suggestion about temporarily removing EoEo-abusers (can't recall), but the policy itself was built by the entire staff.

Some were but it was getting confusing to decipher who was and wasn't. Especially the fake admin titles and such. meh. it's been takes care of anyhoot.

There was one fake admin title for a couple of hours. I doubt anyone really suffered because of it.
