Sheena is by far faster than Lloyd and Zelos.

Collette's Three strike combo.
1) Holy Song
2) Hammer Rain
3) Hammer Rain
Repeat as needed. Also can try and get lucky with Holy Judgment or one of Collette's special poison hammers

Sheena can interrupt your spells with Pyre seal.
Also Power Seal -> Mirage Seal Absolute -> Demon Seal for a three strike combo that will cripple your stats. Sheena also can summon Maxwell in overlimit

Raine has Revitalize and Resurrection. Nobody comes close to her healing power. With Collete and Sheena striking you constantly getting close enough to hit her will be a challenge all on it's own. She also strikes fear into Lloyd and Genis with one look xD
