So far my party consists of 3 Monks and a Time Mage, Tada.

I will most likely change that when I feel like it :O!

When you level up as a certain job, does it affect your base stat growth? (ie, if I level up 20 levels as a White Mage and switch over to a Knight, what will my character's attack power be like?)

Not especially.

Whenever you max a job the statistics of your "bare" job is powered up, forever/perma/no-revert/etc.

So there's really no downside to switching from a mage to a knight to a chemist to a berserker? :P Because that's awesome.

there's an advantage from switching from a monk to a white mage because the monk will learn Bare Hands then your white mage can start dealing some damage :}

We start off by seeing our hero meditate on top of a cliff while looking at the sunset, all alone save for his faithful animal companion, blah blah blah, insert random hero stereotype here.


Which in JRPG terms means "Something's horrible's gonna happen to me, but you stay here because the plot requires so."


Let's give our hero a hero's name and a matching color!

Poor Hiryu looks like he's really taken a beating.


I don't know what kind of game has the heroes fight a super hairy elephant as a boss, but he's in the way and we have to dispatch him, no matter how close to extintion he might be.


Now where are the Invisible Woman, the Thing and Mr. Fantastic?

So the adventurers went off into a liberry and got a massive paper cut. But they got a boat afterwards. And then they sunk it. Then some old guy made fun of them! How rude! They left and went into a forest and was about to eat a Black Chocobo. But he taught them Bard and Archer. So they decided to ride it instead. Took the chocobo exploring. Ran into some other old dude in a forest. Remembering how rude that one old dude was they decided to catch him on fire!

...now what level do I get Unlimited Blade Works again?
