Well allow me to explain. Since the Ciddies began I've been an active in demonstrating my disdain for such popular displays of popularity.

Personally I believe that everytime I post I demonstrate my appreciation for every member on this board. It would be counter to my known character to advocate for such systems that promote the social recognition of individuals on a biased nature.

"Best" this and "Best" that, I feel consumed with guilt trying to pick a member who fits this criteria... Essentially everymember is the "best," in their unique manner. This is what makes the boards so addictive... everytime I've left I've always came back and it wasn't for the wonderful site design (good job guys) but because of the people and the conversation.

All in all... every popular function must have its oppositional martyr. I choose to oppose the Ciddies not because I don't want people to have fun but because I place more emphasis and value on our daily interactions as opposed to a single celebritist event.

As for me being unhappy if people voted for me.
Strong as I am, I am only human and as they say Flattery will get you everywhere.
Though I would attempt to remain as humble and indiffernt as possible to the situation.

I couldn't decide on Best Female, Sexiest Female, Cutest Female, or Horniest Member. I wanted to vote for myslef for Horniest Member, because I giggled at member, but had already voted for myself twice.

Then you'll ban us all and get told off. Then, when we're reinstated we'll laugh at you for being told off. It's a vicious cycle really.
