I already did, but thanks. He won because of the staff's selective tie breaking. Votes should be private IMO, but I think tie breakers should be left to the general public.

Um, JT, IP doesn't exactly prove much. They are extremely easy to either mask or scramble.

Hell, reseting a router could change your IP.

Either way, it's supposedly simple enough to mask. Unless there is an easy way around that I don't know about.
