At a young age, he was accepted into the Gaia Akademy of the Danse at the tender age of seven. He soon learned, however, his skilled lay beyond the artistic expression through motion. von Ouch abandoned the Akademy on his fourteenth birthday and began a private study of political sciences and modern government. His passion was recognized by none other than the leading monarch, Jojee, who offered von Ouch a job as her Grand Vizier despite his young age.
