 Proxy, only country leaders are allowed to start from rank 3. You may start from rank 1 as a common charachter, or choose yourself a country and become its general, then you get to start at rank 2.  Selena

| Actually, as a Mercenary Proxy comes in at Rank 4. There are special rules for Mercenaries, I'll PM him more in-detail about it as I mess with the rules section. Also Proxy, you need to to specify how many ranks you have in each skill.

| Posted the Mercenary/Barbarian rules in the general rules thread. Also, minor adjustment to NPC generals, you can how hire generals 2 ranks below your own rank (minimum 1). This means nothing to any non-merc/barbarian, but as you increase in rank you can hire stronger generals.
