Question. Summoners need to make pacts with the Summons before they can call them, so shouldn't the locations of Ifrit, Shiva, Titan, Ixion and Kirin be known to everyone?

The summons already available are summons that are common knowledge amongst summoners. Any summoner master can summon them to form pacts with fledgling summoners, and everyone has access to them.

Those wishing to learn more summons must spend a season searching for one.

Also, running with an idea BoB had, I've made racial jobs with their own special skill set. Any PC or NPC also counts as having their racial job, and may pick abilities from the Racial Job list as well as their normal Job List. Anyone who wants to may rearrange their skills to take Racial Job skills. Also, clarifying some rules about soldiers trained in military academies, go ahead and check that out in the city builder thread.

For the racial job skills, are these automatically implemented? I only ask because there is no "Max Power" listed for them so I don't know how to rearrange BoB's skillset in order to include them.

EDIT: Same goes for those under 'All Job Skills' - I don't know how many points are required for that end.

I forgot to mention it on All Job Skills, but I know I mentioned it in the description of Racial skills. All Racial Skills and All Job Skills have a minimum rank of 1 and max at 10.
