Clarification: Should we exclude ourselves when reviewing the merits of each candidate?

That seems to be the correct thing to do, but I want to make sure.

Evaluations are in. This challenge is great, a lot of thought is going into this, and I don't know what to expect for part three.

Part 2 is definitively the hardest one of the challenge so far, in my opinion.
