Well the way I see it, the easy stuff is clear cut (no pron, sig size limits, etc.) but the important things can come down to judgment calls, which makes sense.

I bet they're trying to figure out how to do the competitions, with everyone in different timezones and such. Gotta be quite difficult to accommodate everyone!
