thank you ![]() well, the lightsaber took quite some time. but the vase, didn't take that long. and when you learn the technique.. it's easy.. I use Cinema 4D, it's great for people who are new at 3D.. like me ![]() |

| Cid's Knight | Blender is a fantastic program and is worth the time spent to learn how to do the various tasks. Just a quick off-hand thing. As for your models, the lightsaber is pretty good, though it seems in the second version, as well as on your vases, there's too much shine/reflection, especially in places where it shouldn't necessarily be reflective. It seems especially apparent in the second vase, like at the top around the opening and on the bottom-left where the shadow is starting. Maybe toning down the (what I'm assuming are) the reflective material setting and it could seem a little more realistic. For being new to 3D art, they're pretty good, though. |
