overall it looks good, your musculature could use some fine tuning, but you have the basics of it very well. I recommend Burne Hogarth's Dynamic Anatomy and/or Dynamic Figure Drawing as excellent resources to get you to the next level for figures and anatomy, but well done none the less

Yes, just some anatomical shaping issues. Fix that, and you'll be well on your way.
