[A] Some Guy...

This is my attempt at drawing a guy I saw wandering around town.
There was a logo for a company on his sweatshirt, but I can't remember what it is.

I drew it from memory, using some techniques from this old art book I found in my closet from 1966. It didn't really help through, since it is geared more toward more advanced artists.

Anyway, feel free to discuss, in any way, as per usual.

Black Orb: I had to do a Google to find out who that was, but yeah, he kinda does. Maybe he's secretly living in my town.

And yeah I'm thinking I'm gonna try and see if I can get some more help from the books I have.

Who cares if that's what it was? That's what artistic license is for. =D

It's pretty good, keep up the good work. I find that anatomy books help a lot when drawing bodies, faces, and such. It'll help you with proportions and such.

Another drawing, again using the art book as a guide. This guy is something I just thought up. I used the book to help with the shape, proportions, and allignment of the drawing. Anyway, same routine as always.

He's supposed to look rather old and worn, like maybe late 50's. For his hair, I just messed around with mine until I got something I like and used it as a model.
