A couple things I made, one done in Bryce 5 and the other done in Gmax, still trying to get my hands on a copy of 3D Studio Max.

I'm not a big fan of 3D, but the beach is pretty. We have a 3D unit at college but I suck at it right now. 3D Studio Max is evil.

They are good though, more than I can make (which is a sphere at the best probably xD)

Nice looking beach. The alien remind me of Wayne from the One Ring to Rule Them All series (Click Here to see what I consider the best one).

3D is really complicated. Have you seen the FMVs in warcraft 3? They were done in 3DSM and probably some stuff in Bryce as well. O_O

Yeah, I need to get 3D Studio Max... it's one of the most powerfull tools aside Lightwave, Cinema 4D and Maya. The Spiderman move used 3D Studio Max.

Here's another once that I did in Bryce, it looks a little more realistic than the others I've made.
