This i wrote about a month ago but thought i'd share since i got my interweb back up.


Death Come Swift

Death comes swift on a killer’s wing,
Rapidly does it reach us not?
Diving within our lives,
Never caring for those who fought.

Quick it does reach,
Those within its’ grasp,
Slaughtering those of weak,
Fierce does it attack.

To do it’s bidding it controls,
It uses the heartless.
Making mere pawns,
Out of all of us.

It preys on our deepest fears,
Making them come to life.
It shows no emotion,
Or does it care how you fight.

For Death comes swift,
Never watching nor waiting.
When you’re time is set.
Lives will no longer be remaining.
