[RP] The ShinRa vs. Wutai War

This is an RP based during and a little after the ShinRa Wutai War. This will be a moderately GMed RP and I myself will participate in the RP. Note that I will not be on everyday but I will try to get on a decent amount of time. I will post my sheet later. Replies must be 2-3 sentences long. Players must use the English language meaning I dont want to see thnx but thanks.

Job: This does not mean a charachter class but rather your position in the military. Nothing huge like General or SOLDIER 1st class or Turk.
Weapon: This determines the type of weapon you will use the whole time.
Pollitical Alignment: Are you working with Wutai or the Shinra or are you a mercenary taking on jobs from both sides. Mercenary either belong to the Chioc Mercenary clan, the The Neo Turk's (a group of
ex-Turks who work with mercenaries) or you are solo.
Starting Materia: You may only have basic materia with basic spells such as Fire, Ice, Bolt, or cure.
Appearance: Keep in mind you are in the military so you will have somewhat uniform clothing but a originality will be accepted. For mercenaries clothing and such does not have to be particularly uniform unless you are working for one of the organizations.
Home Life: Do you have anything of importance at home, are you married, kids? Where you from?
Bio: Must include childhood and life in recent weeks.
Time Zone: To pair groups together.
Time Most On: Again to pair groups up.

Appearance: He wears a blue SOLDIER uniform,black boots. He has tan skin and extreme yellow eyes. He carries a black sword shieth. He has black gloves on his hands. He has a scar running over his arm from shoulder to wrist. He has shave black hair.
Home Life: Alex comes from Midgar. He lived a nice childhood until the age of 5 when his father was killed. He was told his father died as a ShinRa grunt and lived the rest of his life with his now alchoholic mother who was abusive and neglectful. At the age of 11 he ran away and began living on the streets in the slums. He found a way out of the slums by joining the military as a ShinRa grunt at age 17. When he turned 18 he was promoted to Soldier and given Mako treatment which turned his eye color to extreme yellow and he was given his scar during the injection process. In recent times he has been stationed in Kalm and awaiting orders.

Appearance: Black eyes, Black hair, Tanned skin, Average size of 14 years old boy, wear green suit.
Home Life: Cosmo Canyon, I have lots of friend there.
Bio: Ray is a normal kid when he was small, his father is a ninja and he don't realise that. When he was 9, he sneak into his father's big bag to know what ninjas do. But he see a terrible fight between a monster and his father, his father was killed and luckily the monster don't realise that he is in his father's bag. Hearing from what happens, Ray's Mother kill herself, leaving Ray as an orphan. Bugenhagen took him and accept him as family member, Ray enjoys the life there with Nanaki. One day, a notice about Ninja's secret academy appear, Ray beg Bugenhagen to let him go, Bugenhagen help him with the finance. Ray learn many types of ninja skill. He graduated when he is 13. He return back to Cosmo Canyon and live his life there until now.

Your clothes don't make much sense. I said basic spells so take away Quake . Like I said I didn't mean job class but rather rank. It also wouldn't make much sense for you tio be a ninja/mage would it. There is no point in having Ninja skills if you are confined to a staff.

OOC: The Ninja skill I learn is not an attacking one, I take the one which increase my speed. Ok, I'll take away Quake. Have a suggestion with Cloth?

Well if you are a NeoTurk wouldn't a suit be mandatory. And the bio is horrible. Why would you be a ninja if you are from Cosmo Canyon.

Not if they are from Cosmo Canyon which is a very secluded area where very few, from what the game tells us, go. You would also have to have been from Wutai the sole home of ninja culture, in the game, to be a ninja. And then the question of how word of an academy from Wutai traveled to the Canyon.

OOC: FFVII world is modern. It's not like you can't fly there or something, I'll be more curious to know how Yuffie can fly to Midgar continent. I say Secret, one of the Wutai's people comes and create a secret academy, they give notice about it, I found it and join.

No. Even if it is modern Cosmo never appearewd to be touched by very much technology. And then the question of why a person from Wutai would be there makes very little sense. And I can only guess Yuffie got onto the midgar continent by chocobo or boat but probably not by plane as planes appear to belong to the ShinRa Electric company only. It also woudn't make sense to be from Cosmo Canyon and have anything to do with the war.

OOC: So why don't you think that maybe the Wutai guy go to Cosmo Continent by boat? I say that I'm not from Wutai or ShinRa, I'm a Neo-Turks, I work secretly for them from a far.

Why would he come. The Canyonb at that time appeared to have no rescources that were needed and so then why would he come? Also why would you work for the Neo Turks? You are from Cosmo Canyon a very secluded place.

OOC: It is because he want to teach Wutai's people the art of ninja secretly. I found them and ask them if they can teach me, they objected it but I threathen them. I visit Midgar and was impressed with Neo-Turk and then I join them, saying how good I can be despite my young age, The Neo-Turk accept me as secret member, I only work for them if they want something from Cosmo Canyon. I can get to Midgar from Cargo Ship. I can swim in the shallow river. That secret academy is not in the canyon, it's near Costa Del Sol.

What? That is a big load of cockamamy baloki. First why would a ninjas come to the Canyon to teach people he doesn't know, thoguh it could be argued Wutai was interested in the aquisition of magic power but then they would train you in Ninjitsu but rather Materia usage. I also doubt a young Ninja who is a 'normal kid' would just go to Midgar. Your'e whole Bio is full of holes. Please write a new one.

Appearance: Silvery white hair, blood red eyes, average sized muscles, black undershirt, black cloak with a hood, sheath and sowrd on right side of hip, a necklace with a silver bar hanging form it that has an engraved red cross.
Home Life: I am alone and have been so for quite some time.
Bio: Life was normal, a bit better than others for him. He went to church, learned of God, and had good parents. However, that all soon changed. At the tender age of 10, he lost his parnets to an epidemic that was spreading throughout his hometown, Mideel. Everyone caught the disease...except for him. The villagers blamed him for the epidemic and banished him from the village. He grew cold over the years and now he kills to survive in this world. Now he lives in a house in the city of Midgar. During the day he seems to be a normal religious man, but at night or when he is away...his cold, ruthless, killing self is revealed. A few months ago he joined up with Wutai as he was once a solo mercenary and after doing an excellent job on an assignment that they hired him to do, they offered him a chance to join them...he accepted.

It doesn't say where you are from and it also doesn't tell of anything recent in your life but this was the first good charachter sheet so I will accept it.
If Kuroshima revises his bio I'm not sure I want many more solo merecenaries. Try being with ShinRa or Wutai.

Home Life: Hometown's Corel. Have a 14-year-old foster daughter, Jette.
Bio: Moved around a lot. Born in Nibelheim, moved to Gongaga when my father was looking for work. Still a baby. Moved to Corel then across the see to a nice little village on the edge of the ocean. Now there's a huge city over it, Junon. Headed around the mountains for a town called Kalm, came across Midgar and my father's salvation. His knowlege put him in good with the President. My father cared more about his job than his family. My mother moved us back to Corel to be as far away from him as possible. Kind of redundant, isn't it? My mother died shortly after, leaving me to the care of the villagers.
I don't really like digging in the coal mines. I'm thinking of moving. Jette isn't doing so well either. The life of a mercenary seems to be the only choice I've got. At least my crew respects me. Our last against a ShinRa barricks had no drawbacks. I just hope they don't get too confident.

Time Most On: Random. Weekdays most often are 3:30 to 4:45pm or something in that general area (half-hour computers with two time slots). Saturdays could be any time between 10:00am and 4:45pm. Sundays between 1&5pm.

Stylistically, I'm the best candidate to start an RP. However, whenever I make one, I usually don't get any bites. It's like no one likes me. Well, that's okay. I don't have to like them.

I was pretty sure AVALANCHE was created after the war because in Before Crisis Avalanche is fairly new and I believe their first job was an attack on a mako reactor after the war. You left your name and age out. Some other info and your materia is fine. I meant no summoning death blow or e. skill.

I'm on a half-hour computer and its speed is death. There may be times when I post something that doesn't make sense. I'll be able to correct it the second time around.
