Final Fantasy Versus FFXIII ?

Wow it seems like a lot of people today are posting topics about FFxIII and can't really say much about it except, WTF! why are they calling it that! is it suppose to be a fighting game with all the ff characters from I-XIiI? then why not just call it Final Fantasy Ultimate Brawl?
