Have you gone above the numbers, if so it wont open.

When entering numbers, you're not allowed to go past the number you're supposed to enter.

E.G - If you're supposed to enter '10' and you go past to 11 and then go back to 10 and enter it, then you'll need to start again.

and u hav to press "ok" (circle on PS) at each number

Yep, do what Teh Lavos and Devil's Pheonix said and you should be OK.

don't you have to approach each number from the correct direction too?
