"I'll make a spear...One that's as heavy as a sword, so it won't feel too weird..."

"Would be easier...if there was....a sword blade... at the end... so I... oculd break it... and use as a sword..."

"As long as it's a spear, yeah...I think it'll work..." I smiled.

"It will....you made plan so I'm sure it will..." -touchs a wound on shoulder- "They don't look bad.."

"I just want it to stop bleeding, is all..." I looked at my arm. "Not bad..."

-looks at water- "make mud.... mix dirt with water... then wipe it on wounds so it will harden..."

"It's fine. Heehee. Lemme try this though..." I took the mud and wiped it on my arm. "Oooohh...It's cold." I smiled.

Man: -walks up behind Angel- 'Healing both of your wounds huh/ Thta's my girl..

"That man is not my father..." I took the cloth and patted his face with cold water.

I looked over and saw her looking down. I stopped chewing my eggs and swallowed. I bent over to try and see her face. "Are you...positive that everything's ok?"

OOC: Wow.
Me: Are you sure it was alright that you made this.
I flinch at my own question.

Heero Yuy

"Of course," I say with a smile, "nothing is good enough for my friends. You need to gather your strength, and this meal should do the trick."

I sigh in relief, happy that I wasn't being a burden.
Me: Thankyou.
I grin.

Heero Yuy

I sit back in my seat, still smiling. "Anytime Casper, anytime." I start to eat m yeggs once again.

Me: Yay!
I start eating happily. It tasted great, I didn't have a decent meal for awhile.

Heero Yuy

I was extremely glad that she would finally have something good to eat and that she has such a hearty apetite. I couldn't help but look at her as I was eating. I pleased to see a satisfied guest.

I smile and continue to eat.
Me: This is the best I've ever eaten.
I smile at him to let him know I was very grateful.

Heero Yuy

"I'm glad you like it. I can always make more if you're still hungry. It would be no trouble at all. Remember, cooking is my hobby and part of my life just as smithing is. I would love to cook anything that comes my way." I took some bacon and sausage.

Me: And what a very useful and interesting hobby it is. How long have you been doing it?
I ask and smile at him more as I nod my head eagerly.

Heero Yuy

*"Wow, no one's ever been interested in any aspect of my life before."* My eyes light up as she asked that. "Well, ever since I got out of my family's home...which was about 4 years ago. I really got into it. You can get so creative with food, I love it."

I smile at this.
Me: Why did you leave your parents?
I asked, very concerned. Why would he ever leave his parents? I wondered, I pondered a little before he would answer. Maybe he was to old that his parents had to kick him out?

Heero Yuy

My smile went away but I didn't frown or get mad. "Well, my dad wasn't really supportive. It was my mom who had to work in and out of the home. We were in poverty and life just wasn't that good for us. They couldn't live with me around and I also wanted to lead a better life than they did, so I decided to leave the house at the age of 14 to start my own business and lead the life I want to live...that's basically the reason. Sorry if that didn't exactly answer your question." I put back on my smile.

I frown, sad for him.
Me: I'm sorry. If you don't mind me asking, do you know what's happening with your parents?
I flinched slightly.

Heero Yuy

I sigh heavily. "No...I don't. I haven't seen them since I left." I placed my hand on one of hers. "Thank you for your concern though." A gentle smile came on my face then as I looked at her.

Me: No problem.
I look down again, sad that he was most likely sad.
Me: I'm sorry that you don't see them.

Heero Yuy

"It's alright. It'd be better if they didn't see me anyways." I took my hand off hers and put my back to my chair.

Me: Why do you think it would be better if they didn't see you?
I asked worried. Darn, I was probably being a pest.
Me: I'm sorry.

Heero Yuy

I catch her hand on the table. "No...you're not. You're good company." I give her a reassuring smile. "It's been a while since I've seen them and their lives have probably goten better. They won't want to see an abandoning son return. That's why."

In a concerned voice, I say in a tone of saddness.
Me: Are you............... happy?
I asked, still concerned about him. I hope he was okay.

Heero Yuy

"Ever since I met you, I've been the happiest I've been in years." My head was down but I looked at her through the hair covering my face.

My eyes widen a bit in shock. Wow.......I made someone happy? That was strange. I look at him and smile happily, glad that I had made him a happy person.

Heero Yuy

"Life has been miserable these past couple years. People don't talk to blacksmiths. I'm just there for business. But you are someone who actually talks to me, listens to me, and gives me warmth to be around. You are pleasant company, and I love seeing you happy here." My smile widened and was no ashamed of what I said.

I giggle a little, but I was really shocked that no one had really talked to him, or even listened to a very interesting person like him. I smile at him, glad I gave him company.

Heero Yuy

I sigh and start to stroke her hand with my thumb. "I know you'll have to go though, and move on to see greater things than this pitiful town. But I want you to know...that you'll always be welcome here when ever you decide to visit this place."

Me: I don't think I will be travelling for a while. And I promised Kuroshima I would stay and help him with the red dragon for a few years. It looks like I'll be staying for awhile.

Hope came back to me and my eyes lit up again. "Well that's a pleasant surprise. Now I'll be able to see you more." I smiled brightly at her and let go of her hand.

Realization hits me as I remember Aara and lots of wine, just her and wine. I cringe at the idea of a drunk Aara.

"Umm, ok. It's not like I'm forcing you to stay here." I smile and let her go.

I smile and run back to the Red Dragon.I felt slightly guilty, but I was distracted when I saw Aara chugging down alot of wine and crying.

I just sat there. It felt like forever. After a while I started to continue eating my breakfast, hoping she'd come back. I kept my hopes up.

I saw Aara and quickly ran to her as she talked jibberish. After taking the wine away from her and hearing her complaints, I gently grab her arm as I lead her upstairs to her room. Aara kept talking jibberish, so I pulled down her covers and put her in her bed, and pulling the covers over her after getting her a teddy bear. She grabbed the bear eagerly and drifted off into sleep.

Heero Yuy

My smile came back as I finished up my plate. I took it over to the sink and started to clean it. "Well...this is a pretty different morning."

As Aara drifted into dream land, I tip toed down stairs and hid the wine. After finishing my task, I left the red dragon with locked doors. Now, I had to go back to the lonely black smith.

I wiped my forehead with my arm. "Well, that's done. I wonder if I should leave her food on the table. I don't know when she'll be back and it's getting cold. Hmm..." I thought about it in the kitchen.

I walk up nervously to his door and I knock on it.
Me: Excuse me, please.

Heero Yuy

I hear a knock on the door. I smile and go to it, opening it quickly. "Yes?" I see that it's Casper. "Oh Casper. You don't have to knock on my door. You're always welcome inside."

I smile at him.
Me: Thankyou very much.
I bow my head briefly and I think back to Aara as I estimated the time she would wake up. In a few hours from all that wine she had. Yes, a few hours of spare time!

I started getting playful. "Well, are you coming in? Or are you just going to stand in the door's way?" I smiled bigger.

I took a couple of steps back, and ran and jumped in, doing a cannonball. "Whhoooo!!!!"

-comes up right as she lands water splashing everywhere- "Hey!!!!" -splashes Angel when she comes up-

"I'm already soaked, so HA!" I started to swim away.

I was shocked at first, but then, I closed my eyes and embraced his touch.

I smiled. "...I love you too, Kuroshima..." I embraced him for another kiss.

I smile as she walks in. "Nice to see you're more comfortable now. Are you still hungry? I still have your breakfast out if you are. If not, it's ok. I can always make more anytime."

I was surprised and confused when I heard that she had something for me. "Really? You know you didn't have to."

Me: I know. Beside, you have been very kind to me, so I want to repay that kindness.
I smile more as I dig into my robe pocket.

"Well, if you really want to, I won't stop you. But you really didn't have to give me anything. Just having your company is more than enough for me." I smile reassuringly.

Me: Yes, but out of my nature, I'm a giver.
I smile at him as I pull out a flower.

My eyes light up as she pulls out the flower. I take it gently and hold it in my hand. "This is so beautiful. What is it called?" I look back at her, my eyes glimmering.

I giggle a little at his eyes.
Me: it's a Saffron.
I explain.

I look back at the flower. "I haven't seen these around in this area. One sec..." I rush upstairs and minutes later I come back with a vase of water. "There. Don't want it dying now." I set the vase down on the countertop by the door.

"Hmmm..." I waded over to the side of the lake and looked through my pockes for something...
"Ah-ha!!!" I said, holding up a piece of hematite and blood stone.

'What are those for?"

Angel

"I'll make you a custom spear...1 that'll be stronger or equal to daddy's power...He taught me this when I was very young..."

"Ok..." -walks onto land and shakes water off- "Will it break easy?"

Angel

"Nope. Or else spears would be a useless weapon!" I laughed. I go out of the water and shook my head, getting rid of access water.

"Ok.... I still don't like the Idea of using spears."

"But you have to...Daddy's--That man's orders..."

"Yeah.... Ever seen his Coliseum?"

I thought for a moment. My eyes widened. "No......." I whispered. It was completely inaudible, but my lips moved.

"I trained in it for awhile..... He will cheat though...."

"What'll we do...? He has those materials, and he'll try to transmute a sword or bow or something, and kill you..."

-takes two hunting knives out from boots- "I'm going to hide these..."

"And if he tries anything...Yeah...That'll work...Now to get started on that spear..."

"Ok... Can you make my spear a colour?"

"Sure...What color?"

"The colour of your eyes.... so that's the last thing the creator will see..."

"...Right..." I slowly close my eyes and place the Bloodstone and Hematite on the ground in front of me. My eyes stayed closed and I began to transmute the spear, but something seemed different this time...There was more electricity and sparks.

"Is therte suppose to be that much light?"

Angel

"...shhh..." I was nearly finished. I could feel my energy slowly depleting. I needed to hurry soon.

"There..." I said and feel to the ground on my knees. I was slightly dizzy, but I looked down at the light yellow spear I had finished.
"Kuroshima...I...did it..."

"Angel!!!!!" -ran over and held her- "Here rest...."

"...No...I'm ok..."

"No you need to rest...." -grabs spear and throws it to the side-

I took in a deep sigh and eased into sleep.

I was a bit dazed. "Kuro.......?"

I whispered in Kuroshima's ear; "I won't...I promise..." I looked up at the man. "You have go through me to get to him..."

Man: "I can do that.... but I won't..."
Me: "Leave then...."
Man: "Be quiet!!!! I created you... I can destroy you!!!"

"Then I'll degenerate our bodies!!!"

Man

"No!!!"

"Hmmm...."
Man: "Come with me Angel!! I am your father!!!"

"...I'm not to be ordered around like some puppet..."
I looked back at Kuroshima. "Does it hurt a lot?"

"A bit... I can take it though...."
Man: "I'm glad it hurts.... It'll be quick and painful when I kill you..."

I glared back at the man. "Shut up." I said, firmly. I gently tried to take out the knife in his shoulder. "It's in there pretty tight..."

Man: "and if you take it out the poison in it will kill him... well unless he kills me tomorrow.."
Me: 'Cheater!"

Angel

"You're forgetting 1 thing, father...I know your poisons...It only makes a human slowly die on the inside...But because Kuroshima and I aren't human...It won't affect him..."

Man: "Hahahaha!! I've been gone along time.... I made this one espiacilly for him... it's for my creations.."

Me: "Mmmmm..."

I smile at him and I hug him.

"You're--You're bluffing..." I thought for a moment...I looked in Kuroshima's eyes. "Do you trust me...?" I whispered to him.

"Yes I do..... You used to be a fair fighter creator... but now your worse..."
Man: "People change.... just like I'm going to make Angel love someone else when I'm done with you..."

"...not if we die first..." I got behind Kuro to support him. I tried to take the knife out again. "It'll hurt...Be ready..." I told him.

Man: "No!!!!!!" -runs forward-

I quickly took out the knife. I could see the poison dripping off with the blood. I took one of Kuroshima's knife's and cut my wrist. I hovered the poisoned blade over my wrist.

Me: -looks back- "No Angel... I can't let you die..." -grabs poison knife from Angel- "You must live..."
Man: "Haha!! Now you will die slowly!!!"

"...I know I can't live if you die......We'd both die if I do this..."

"If we both die... then there is no hope to defeat your father...."

"Let him rot like the pitiful man he is..."

-grabs own knife from Angel- "Don't worry..." -turns around quickly and throws knife into man's heart-
