I was just thinking back to the alst steak i cooked, and it was more rare then medium rare, since it was bleeding quite well as i cut into it, but hey, it was a huge slab of meat $25 a piece. man was it good. And when the blood mixed with the BBQ sauc adn marinade, oh man, i drank that all up.
