Background story

1000 years ago, The Apocalyptica was lost in the Abyss for eternity, or so we thought. Present day, it was all calm in the lands of Atlantis, until a huge beam of light appeared from the under the city, then a black hole was summoned in the sky

Kusanagi
Calmly, Kusanagi walks around the town square, unlike everybody else he stands out in the crowd, wearing such dark clothes and wielding a scythe, but no one in the peaceful town seemed wary of him, they treated him like anyone else, merchants peddling there wears and shopkeepers advertising there goods.

suddenly, that all changed when a sudden tremor shook the city, roars of surprise came up from the people, then another more powerful tremor shook the city breaking some roads and cracking buildings.

suddenly a sound of awe came up from the crowd Kusanagi was in as he looked up and saw the sky tearing open, he rushed up to a rooftop from a nearby house ladder and looked, with awe, at the colossal, black hole that opened above the city

when he finally snapped back to reality he said to himself "this can't be good"

OOC: wait, the huge beam of light was under Atlantis, you can't see that from the Holy Lands...or can you? You mean I see the balck hole? :confused:

I see the black hole in the sky. What mysteries does it have and what evil will it unleash? I start praying to God for our safety. "Oh heavenly Father, watch over those in Atalntis as I fear a great evil over them. I pray that this evil does not spread and that those in this world do not bring temselves to tamper with such evil. In Jesus name, Amen." I go inside the hut to tell the others about what is happening in the city far yonder.

Sirius Lucivar

I looked up in the sky to see the black hole.
"Ha, the Apocalypse is upon us" I said.
I stood up, summoned my blade, and walked out of my room.

Everyone in the Holy Lands was panicking. I stood in the middle of the riot, praying for the darkness

Everyone in the shadow relm stopped what they were doing and looked up at the sky, ans we instintaly relized the time had come. Warriors immeditly gathered all belongs and sped off towerds the hole perpered to help our new brethern. I summond a undead horse and sped off towerds the light.

Avarice the dark laughed. He laughed long and loud. The portal was open, and the hour of deepest darkness was about to settle upon the world. Strapping his Soulsword across his back, he whispered a few black words and faded from the material realm.

Atlantis was surely doomed.

As the others panicked, I gathered my things, and decided to take a trip to Atlantis the frst week after this incident. In the meantime, I will stay in the Holy Lands and try to bring peace to them.

Kusanagi

Kusanagi began to think of what to do next, but he was suddenly stopped when he began to witness something desecending out of the hole, it looked as if it would land close to him, unknowing of what would happen next he readied his scythe

As I try to calm the ppl of the Holy Lands, I turn around to look at Atlantis again. I see a very small object come out of the hole. What it might be, I don't know. I begin to pray again.

As Kizain gets closer to the black hole he sees something coming out. His lips curl into a sardonic smile knowing that the time for change is finally here, it it time for the Purging to begin.

Materializing on the outskirts of Atlantis, Avarice looked up to witness the coming of evil personified. Wasting little time, he made his way to the hole from which the being was emerging. He would waste no time in welcoming the one whom he served.

OOC: Doom, we are not sure if it is a creature or an object. Just that something is coming out. Just wanted to point that out. :D

After several hours of calming the ppl in the Holy Lands, I pack my things and head off to Atlantis.

Kusanagi

whatever the object was, it wasen't coming fast.

suddenly someone approaches from behind, Kusanagi whips around and calmly says "who are you?"

Finally getting to Atlantis, Kizian dispells the horse and walks towerds a fellow necromancer, he was a human but Kizian knew the scyth and his aura was that of a necro's. He apporaches the man who turns around and ask him who he is.

"well?" Kusanagi asks again, but the man comes closer, quickly raising his scythe he yells "hold! friend or foe"

"I am a friend," said Kizian putting his sycte across his back and showing that he was unarmed.
"I seek what you seek my friend, to kill these ignorant fools who refuse to accept the ways of the darkness."

I looked up in the sky to see the black hole.
"Ha, the Apocalypse is upon us" I said.
I stood up, summoned my blade, and walked out of my room.

"Praise be to the darkness" I said while standing up.
My evil blade glowed a dark blood red as I walked towards the castle of the Holy Lands, a paladin was close

I step out of my hut to go to the high priest in the castle of the Holy Lands. As i approach, a man with an evil aura is standing outsaide of it. "Halt, who are you and what business do you have here in the Holy Lands?!"

I looked up and faced the guard and laughed.
"Ha, even in a panic the guards are on high alert"
The guard looked at my blade.
"I want to get inside the castle, for... "Protection"" I shouted

I stare at him with curiosity to why such aman would enter aholy place. I look at his blade again. "I can see through you. You are not a man of God and you certainly have no goodness in your heart. I can see your aura..." I pull some of my sword from its sheath.

I quickly unsheathed my sword and jumped up to the guard with extreme speed.

With protruding eyes of atonishment from his speed, I slide to left and unsheath my sword. I get in a stance and hold my ground.

"Hmmm, you're not worth my breath! I can sense your power, and all I can say is that it's low! Unless you're supressing your ability, this fight shall be easy!" I said.

Kusanagi

yells back at the approaching man "don't bullsh!t me with that 'embracing darkness' crap! I may use dark magic, but i don't live but any code but my own, now, first your gonna tell me what the hell that is!" kusanagi points to the hole "then your gonna tell me if its dangerous to this city, and then if it is your gonna tell me how to stop it!"

As he slides by i attempt to slash at his arm. "YOU DO NOT KNOW THE POWER I HAVE THANKS TO OUR LORD, GOD!"

Kizian
He once again summons he sycte.
"So you're one of thos huh, the wanna be hero. Well then yes, it is harmful to this damned plant becasue those who attempt to fight it will die, while those who accept it will become more powerful. Now i ask you do you want to live or die?"

Kusanagi

raises his scythe and yells "don't tempt me!" suddenly something slams into the ground behind Kusanagi, sending him a few feet into the air.

"Ha, the lord god cannot give power! Only the Dark Lord Lucifer can!" I shout as I defend against his blade.

"You do not know the abilities that God has, you are blinded by darkness!" I break away and slash at his waist.

raises his scythe and yells "don't tempt me!" suddenly something slams into the ground behind Kusanagi, sending him a few feet into the air.

"It is about to begin!!"Kizian yells," And is time for you to die."
Kizain then charges with his sctye leading.

Kusanagi

quickly, Kusanagi lowers his hand toward the ground, then turns his palm towards the sky and thrusts upward causing a wall of hard bone to jut out of the ground, in the way of his attacker.

he then calmly raises his scythe and takes a fighting stance

Kizian
Summons 2 undead warriors armed with long swords and orders them to charge Mymordian. He then perperes his defenses without pause.

"Pah, I have no time for this" I said as I blocked his attack.

I banished my blade, crossed my arms and disappeared to go to the shadow realm

Kusanagi

quickly parries one of the charging undeads attacks and slices through the second, he then grabs the first by the neck and hurls it back at it's master

"Blast! I'll see him again." I walk into the castle to find the head priest of the Holy Lands, and give him my farewell.

Kizian
Dodges his servent and sends bolt at his enemy. He follows the bolt determined to hit his mark. When the bolt reaches it target it is blocked but Kizian takes advantage of the openeing and his sycte slashes and he sees the enemys shirt rip and a shallow cut were his wepon hit. He looks up at the enemy with a sadistic smirk on his face and a crazy look in his eye.

Kusanagi

a cut, only small, but the cut begins to swell, skin begins to fall off his body until only a skeleton is left standing, then it to crashes to the ground

suddenly DS finds himself with the REAL Kusanagi's scythe around his neck

"not to shabby, huh"

just then something else smashes into the platform, sending the two flying from their feet. some sort of black tentacles begin to squirm out of the hole towards Kusanagi who quickly back flips off the railing of the platform.

he lands with a large THUD, and thinks to himself "its not safe here, run...RUN"

As I appeared in the shadow realm, I saw that a castle was being built, so I walked towards it

"Who...who has come?" says a weary old voice that came from the throne room. "It is I, Shiromoto."I strode up to where he is sitting. "Ah, Shiromoto, my lad. I fear that something of pure evil has appeared over atlantis. Is this true?" "Yes, your holiness. A gigantic hole has been seen over atlantis, and something has already come out of it." "I fear that this is the beginning of the end." "What do you mean, sir?" He very exhaustedly got out of his chair and grabbed my collar. He whispered, "...exodus." I helped him back into his chair. "I will travel to Atlantis and rid our world of this evil!" "You may try, but it has already been written that this was to come. There is nothing you can really do, my boy." "No, God gave us the freedom of choice! We may choose to change our fate if God lets us!" "God has already deicded our fate...there is nothing you can do."
I walked out angrily. "His holiness' wisdom has faded, and now it is up to me to do something." I went into my hut and came out with my things. "I will save this world, evenif I must do so myself!!!" I started runnning down the road. The long path to Atlantis.

Kizian
As he looked upon his enemies true form he was not very impressed, He had seen far worst. But before he got a chance to continue the battle a large object hit with a thud behind his advisory. He then saw his enemy scramble away in fear but he walked towerds the hole and when the tentacle came out and grabbed him he simply laughed.

The castle was huge. I walked up to the doors and knocked

"Who is it?" the high priest replied to the knock.

OOC: I already left the Holy Lands so I can't defend the old man.

stops abruptly "I can't run, not again" he quickly runs back up the platform to see his enemy entangled
