[RP?] Needing an Opinion

Hi, i had the idea to make a DBZ based Rp in Arts & Writing, but I thought it would be good to ask for some opinions first. What do you think of the idea? :greenie:

Power: (ssj1/ssj2/ssj3/ssj4)
Move: Ultimate spirit bomb He musters all the power he can,becoming a super saiyan3 and building up the energy for the fabled spirit bomb manouver,but rather then ask for the energy he takes it,throwing this pulsing ball of energy down at his opponent,.he powers up to a super saiyan4 firing down a huge beam of energy at the unstable spirit bomb causing it to explode with a force thought to be impossable.
Move: the end gaitling gun Using the memories of his friends and family who were killed by freiza he builds up an uncontrolable amount of energy he then realeases all his anger into a huge beam of energy which then seperates into thousands of smaller beams to avoid any means of counterattcking.
Appearance: He has black hair,and the old style saiyan armour,including the old saiyan tail,(wears the same kind vegeta had in the saiyan saga)
Story: He is one of the last remaining pure blooded saiyans alive today,he was out on an errand for frieza when he heard his homeplanet was destroyed by him he went insane and lost all logic and reason,he ran from frieza and went into some intense training eventually becoming a super saiyan,he left on his own accord and started destroying many planets to look for freiza,but when he had hear that goku had already killed him,he left in search for goku.

just a note this is an example (for now) but there are afew thoughts, put some sort of restrictions on the made up moves my ultimate spirit bomb shows that,you need to add what sex they are,and wuoldn't a power level be sorta usful for this?
