Well I think I read somewhere that there's two Banned groups one is the banned for life cannot post, PM, make threads, etc. like that troll FFISTEHSUCK or something and there's the guys who can't make threads anymore like however the hell you say that person's name they probably made a lot of "Look at me I'm high" threads and does this ":p " in their post or something like that so they're forbidden to make a thread and they're almost gotten the permanent ban. I think thats it. Hope it helps.
