chaos: You get new cities when you get a new member. NP only symobolize how many cities you have so far, and that can easily be done by just recording the number. Or if you are talking about giving out points, that was Giga Guess' idea, and you should let him have his originality. There are many other ways to attract members.

My plan wasnt to get more my plan was to cut stelaria in half, keep half give you half, and have stelaria. SO that stelaria and vincentland would be bigger. This is exagerated...a 2 day assault doesn't leave me with 15 days of rebuilding! proposterous! and I counteracted a while back!
