I come from the city of Emirano in the land of Fiorenseo, a progressive country in the north-eastern continent of Verdantia; home to the world-renowned Metareason Academy and the historic landmarks Vedriet Peak and Sacersanct Peak. I hope this letter finds you and your citizens in good physical and social health.

I write to you today in the hopes of starting a golden era of international relations between Fiorenseo and Myst. Prime Minister Yebus t'Emirano and myself agree wholeheartedly on opening and maintaining diplomatic relationships with all the peoples and countries of Eizon. EDIT: i just had a question about trade. how exactly does it benifit us? What do we get out of it other than saying we have some kind of item? does having a trade route with another city/region/kingdom or whatever that deleivers gold mean we can make jewlery therefore making the citizans happy or something? If so what happens when they become unhappy? If anyone, who is keeping track of all this information of when and why citizans are unhappy? Maybe im thinking to hard.

You get a palace in the next city. I'm trying to do this in order of seniority. However, IronMaidenHikari has seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth. I'll try to contact him to see if he's still serious, or if he wants to just go background. Or just drop out altogether. His palace is in Aurum, with mine.

As for trade....no idea. I heard talk of Proto assigning resources needed and lacking, among other quirkswith our land. But nothing has been said about it, so it may have been putsched.

And perhaps Nait has a map. I'll have to contact him to notify him of some of the changes.

Can i fortify it with a moat? so.... what exactly is this fortress for? is it used to protect us in danger, is it like a living space such as a very large city that is fortified or somthin? What would i do with this fortress if you gave it to me for the moment?

Next in line by seniority means yeah. As for the latest members...you will get palaces eventually. However, if you will, you can also request to place palaces in occupied cities by the members already occupying it (Aurum: myself and IronMaidenHikari, Ferris: Ansem, and Bannedsville: Squinn)

As mentioned, Primary Palaces are given by seniority, but there are ALSO fortresses, which can be placed anywhere within our sphere of influence.

So that would be 1 new city (4 new members/2=2 2-1=1)

I suppose that's fair...now, I think we should move this one inland, perhaps near Thundergod's Peak. As close to the border as possible, 'course.

i agree with you on moving more to the right but i also think it should be on the northern coast. you may think "another coastal city!" but why i think this is that if you have more coastal citys you can have more docks for unloading and loading goods increasing trade, youll have more places to build ships meaning we'll have a larger naval army, plus we will be able to send troops from one coastal city to another coastal city faster than if they were to be on foot. so there is my reasoning

The city belongs to whoever has a palace there. Fortresses have Generals, too, but not near the power of the City generals, due to the absence of proper facilities.

I'd like to propose Sea Routes between all of my coastal towns to other Annafontanian Countries (Basically I would like it to be clear I have ports, and be sure that my comrades have available ports/accesses. This is preliminary, and I will further sketch out proposed routes if it is acceptable)

ok I though up a name for my fortress, Veovis. And as for gods and goddesses, hmm, the name Aitrus(eye-trus) is neat, he's a character in a book I'm reading right now, lives underground with an excavation team and is fascinated with volcanism. He could be the god of earth or volcanoes or something.
then I thought up:

Telanis - God of wisdom, knowledge or God of judgement?
Kedri - God of patience or virtue?
if you like the names you can keep them, if you don't like the choice for what kind of god they are you can change it, I'm just throwing in some ideas, take them, change them, or leave them :)
