06) Where do you live? (City and State/Country) I attend college and currently live in Hayward, California, in the good ol' United States.
07) What is your occupation? (If you're a student, what grade/year are you in?) No real job (unfortunately), but I'm a college sophomore studying journalism.
08) What is your hair color? Eye color? (If you use dye and/or colored contacts, include both the false and natural colors) I always thought my hair was brown, but my girlfriend and best friends finally convinced me (although grudingly) that it was dirty blonde. My eyes are blue-grey.
09) Do you have any siblings? If so, how old are they? I've got two half-sisters and a half-brother: Jessica (17), Makenna (9) and Austin (9).

11) What's your favorite video game? It's a toss-up between Final Fantasy VI and Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
12) And more specifically, which Final Fantasy title is your favorite? Err, well, that would definitely be FFVI. :D
13) Favorite gaming genre? (ie: RPG, action, etc) I like a good RPG, but I like a good sports game even more.
14) Favorite TV show? Well, more like shows: Pardon the Interruption, I'm With Busey and Monk.
15) Ever been on TV before? One of the local news stations interviewed me before my high school graduation for the 11 o'clock news that night. Too bad I forgot to tell anyone about it. :cry:
16) Favorite music genre? (ie: punk, country, etc) There's nothing like good old rock and roll. Yee haw! :rock:
17) List five of your favorite bands: Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, Metallica, Van Halen and 311.
18) Favorite movie? Well, now that I've seen it, X-Men United is somewhere near the top. . . but I'd say either Gladiator or the Lord of the Rings movies, offhand.
19) Favorite movie genre? (ie: comedy, romance, etc) I'm a guy, one of the type that thoroughly enjoys a clever and rockin' action flick. :D
20) Favorite actor/actress? My favorite actor would be either Morgan Freeman or Russell Crowe. If I could be anyone in Hollywood, though, I'd want to be Andy Garcia because he's a mack.

21) Why did you join EoFF in the first place? I was looking for some help on FFVI and stumbled across the boards. So I signed up, posted for a few days, left for a while, came back and I've been goin' strong ever since.
22) Have you ever met anyone from the boards? I've met Divina, since we go to the same university.
23) If you could spend the day with anyone from EoFF, who would it be and what would you do? It'd be with Del Murder, Spuuky and eestlinc. We'd go to a ballgame at Pac Bell (since it's superior to everything else) and talk trash on each other's teams.
24) Do you frequent any other message boards? If so, which? Well, there's Korova Milk Bar. And the LJ Forums. And the thoroughly deceased tGA. I don't frequent them as much as this place, though.
25) Were you ever known here as any other screen name, or do you still go by your original? My original name here was StriderX284, and surprise surprise when people figured out that name and this one were the same person! ;)

26) Are you currently in a relationship? If you arent, would you like to be? Yeah, my girlfriend and I have been dating for about 16 months now.
27) Where did you meet your significant other? We met each other on, of all places, a Disney cruise ship. I know, it sounds like something out of a movie. *blushes*

29) If you could marry anyone in the world (based off love, money, or merely physical attraction), who would it be? That would be my girlfriend, of course.

34) Do you have a particular scent of perfume/colonge/body spray you always wear? I don't usually wear anything like that, outside of deodorant. Apparently, I smell naturally pretty nice.
35) Do you bathe regularly? Oh, God, yeah, I can barely go a day without.
36) If you could be any animal (or mythical creature), what would you be? Being a polar bear would be kinda cool.
37) Do you let people borrow money? When they're in dire straits, yes. I'm usually the one doing the borrowing, though.

Why journalism for you? And what's your concentration going to be?I was part of the school newspaper in high school, and it helped me to find a lot of direction in what I wanted to do in the future, which was write. I have a much better chance to be a sports journalist (which answers your second question ;) ) than I would tryin' to pitch a novel to a publisher.

I've already gotten a few things from my dad's family: the 2004 ESPN Almanac, Rob Neyer's book of great team lineups, "Pirates of the Caribbean", the extended version of "The Two Towers", some blank CDs and. . . ooh, you know how you pay for Napster now, right? They have gift certificates that you can give people to download off of Napster for free! And they sell them at gas stations! It blew my mind.
I don't really know what else I'm gettin', but I'm sure it'll be good!

I had a nickname in sixth grade because my teacher didn't want to call the two Matts in my class "Matt H." and "Matt K." So I volunteered to be "Joe Bob" for the entirety of the year. There's not many Joe Bobs runnin' around, so it was nice.
Matt isreally common. I hate when I get distracted from someone calling out to. . .some other Matt.
2. I'd choose the pony. Probably not as gamey as deer, and I've tried deer. I'm guessing eating pony would be better for your health, too, and not against the law.

I think I saw the ghetto Hobbit cartoon once. A loooooong time ago. It was really bad.
I've got both the theatrical release and the extended version of Fellowship of the Ring. I have only the extended version of The Two Towers. I've gotta say, though, the extended version of The Two Towers is waaaaaaay better than the theatrical release. I love it so much. <3
I saw Fellowship. . . three times? Once with my dad's family, once with my girlfriend, and with my uncle in Berlin. I saw The Two Towers twice, I believe.
I haven't seen Return of the King yet, because I've been waitin' to see it with my lady. :D I'll definitely see it with her, so put me down for one.
Yeah, anyone who goes to Movies.com could tell you there'll be a sequel. It's amazing what you find in the Upcoming Movie listings. Just to note, that's how I found out. ;)
