Just a brief note before I give the mic to Rainecloud, due to some family troubles at the moment, I wont be on the site much (as I havent been for a day or two), so if you need an answer speedily, email is the way to reach me. Thanks and enjoy give Rainecloud the third degree.
01) What is your real name?
Philip.
02) How bout them handy-dandy nicknames?
Online: Raine, Rainecloud, Jayren, Phil.
Offline: Phil, Philip (People call me by both, but I have no preference).
03) How old are you, and when's your birthday?
I'm 19 years old at the moment, and my birthday is on January 12th.
04) How tall are you, and how much do you weigh?
I'm 6'3 inches tall, and I weigh just under 11 stones, which is 150 pounds, I think.
05) So, are you a boy or a girl?
I'm a man, actually. ;)
06) Where do you live? (City and State/Country)
I live in the United Kingdom, on the far outskirts of the city of Manchester, near the hills.
07) What is your occupation? (If you're a student, what grade/year are you in?)
I've been working at a printing firm for the last three years.
08) What is your hair color? Eye color?
My hair is black, and my eyes are brown.
09) Do you have any siblings? If so, how old are they?
No, I'm an only child. But I'm not spoilt. Honest.
10) What size shoe do you wear?
10. If that means anything to you.
11) What's your favorite video game?
Either Final Fantasy VII, Zelda: OoT or WWE Smackdown: Here Comes the Pain. I can never make up my mind between these three.
12) And more specifically, which Final Fantasy title is your favorite?
VII, followed very closely by VIII.
13) Favorite gaming genre? (ie: RPG, action, etc)
Definitely RPG. Other genres just don't appeal to me any more.
14) Favorite TV show?
Any WWE programming, followed by Futurama.
15) Ever been on TV before?
Absolutely not.
16) Favorite music genre? (ie: punk, country, etc)
Classical. It's very calming, and it's much better than the plague of pop music that seems to be infecting the charts with its festering, polluted presence.
17) List five of your favorite bands
Now, I can't list five bands, so I'm going to include some single artists in with the question:
Anuna, Vanessa-Mae, Lene Marlin, Dido and Clannad.
18) Favorite movie?
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. And Lost Horizon (the ancient black and white version).
19) Favorite movie genre? (ie: comedy, romance, etc)
Fantasy/Adventure.
20) Favorite actor/actress?
Jack Nicholson.
21) Why did you join EoFF in the first place?
I was browsing for media (FFVII Music) and I came across the forum. I'd never heard of an online discussion board before, so I joined.
22) Have you ever met anyone from the boards?
No. I know a couple of people from here IRL, but I knew them before EoFF, anyway. Namely Alex, my friend from college (who is 'Heart' - but he never posts) and my Dad (who also never posts).
23) If you could spend the day with anyone from EoFF, who would it be and what would you do?
I think it would have to be Xander. She lives in the country, and she's a really nice person. I think we'd get along really well, and we'd have a good day together. Plus, I'd like to give her a hug.
24) Do you frequent any other message boards? If so, which?
Nope. EoFF is my only home.
25) Were you ever known here as any other screen name, or do you still go by your original?
Tikal was my first, followed by Ankou. I changed it to Rainecloud when I joined EoFF, and then changed it again to Knightmare. Mistefanyare was next, followed by Uncle Phil, then Jayren Marque. And now, we're back to Rainecloud. It's not as bad as it sounds, and this is over a few years. The 'Uncle Phil' name was a Bleys-inspired joke, anyway. Everyone just knows me as 'Raine', whatever I change my name to.
26) Are you currently in a relationship? If you arent, would you like to be?
No and yes, respectively. But I'm waiting for the right person. My religion prohibits me from dating outside of my faith, so I'm going to have to find someone within my faith who I can love and take care of. Besides, I don't like silly dating - I view the whole matter very seriously.
27) Where did you meet your significant other?
My what?
28) Have you ever been in love?
I very much doubt it. Only crushes for me, I'm afraid.
29) If you could marry anyone in the world (based off love, money, or merely physical attraction), who would it be?
Vanessa-Mae.
30) Do you like pie?
Only savoury ones. ;)
31) What's your theme song?
'Save Me' from the ICO soundtrack.
32) Have you ever been arrested?
No.
33) What's your favorite drink (non-alcoholic drinks count too, like soda and such)
Possibly Cherry Coke. Or maybe Vanilla Coke. Or then again, maybe Lemon Coke...
34) Do you have a particular scent of perfume/colonge/body spray you always wear?
Voodoo. It's pleasant.
35) Do you bathe regularily?
Of course. One a day - always. Twice, if necessary.
36) If you could be any animal (or mythical creature), what would you be?
Definitely a cat. They always get what they want, they're beautiful, and they know what's good for them.
37) Do you let people borrow money?
Yes, my workmates. They often borrow money from me for lunch.
38) How much would could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
However much he wanted to, depending on the situation, and the reason behind him chucking the wood in the first place.
39) Are you always a bridesmaid, yet never the bride?
That's insulting.
40) Do you pretend to talk on your phone so people think you're important?
That's something I've never done. Stayin Dizzy 12-17-2003, 05:11 PM Wow, I didn't imagine you to be 6'3! Anyways a few ?'s

(Answers with values in bushels preferably.) Rainecloud 12-17-2003, 09:31 PM Is lemon coke new?? (I'm not a soda fan, but I like to try new ones)
It's called 'Diet Coke with Lemon', and it's been out for about six months now, I believe.
What is your religion? (just curious with the must date within faith)
I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Do you like Spam?
No. I really can't stand spam.
Do you dislike Spam? (No these are not the same ? if you figure it out)
From certain people, it's amusing. From others, it's just a waste of time.
Do you have any pets?
I have two female cats - Sheeba (black and placid) and Pebbles (tabby and pure evil).
Do you support Manchester United? (One of my favorite football (soccer) teams)
I absolutely detest football. It's very, very boring and over-hyped.
Do you like HP (house of parliment) sauce?
I'm not a big fan of sauces. I'll have tomato sauce occasionally, though.
And on that note have you ever found yourself waking up at 3 in the morning handcuffed naked to Tony Blairs office?
I'm not going to dignify that with an answer.
How are you feeling today?
I'm feeling well, but very tired. I'm playing on my GBA SP too much at the moment.
Did you know that Dido's White Flag video features David Borneaz?
If that's the guy from 'Angel', then yes.
What's your cat's favourite food?
Chicken, of course. It drives them both absolutely insane. :)
What are the odds of finding you in a smoky poetry bar?
I would never be found in an establishment of that sort.
Does Leeza's cat give you nightmares?
No. I actually like the cat, and I sent her a PM a few months ago informing her of my approval. We talked about it, and agreed that the cat was nice and pretty. How can something so beautiful come from someone so...twisted?
What's your opinion on sexoring n00bs?
It's all in good taste. Especially that 'Rayne' girl. Ooh, yes.
Do you eat the red smarties first?
I don't eat chocolate.
What's a savoury pie like?
Absolutely delicious. I would come over to England and try a meat pie if I were you. It's definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Name three (3) things you have in common with a rain-cloud.
I'm cold. I always have my head in the clouds. I like walking in the rain.
Are you enjoyin' this reporting gig as much as I am?
Oh, yes. I certainly am.
What is your quest?
To make it through this ungodly system intact.
What is the air-speed on an unladen swallow?
I'm not going into all that 'coconut' rigmaroll.
How much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood?
I've already answered that question.
If a wood chuck could chuck wood, should a wood chuck chuck wood, if a wood chuck could chuck wood?
Now you're just repeating yourself and sounding silly.
If a wood chuck could chuck wood, what would the quota per capita be measured in, quantity or mass chucked?
Logs.
Keep the questions coming. I'm quite enjoying myself here. Lindy 12-17-2003, 09:40 PM When did you answer my woodchuck question? =O
And the second question is asking about the moral and ethical nature of wood chucking, not a repetition of the first one!
So, what is your viewpoint on the ethical and moral nature of wood chucking? Rainecloud 12-17-2003, 09:46 PM I answered it in the original set of Eyes on You questions.
And as for the ethical nature of wood chucking? Quite frankly, my dear, I don't give a chuck. Lindy 12-17-2003, 09:55 PM I WONDERED why those random questions came into my head, at random.
Now I know, it was subconcious remembering and stuff.

Thank you for your time fellow Phil. Rainecloud 12-17-2003, 10:21 PM And do you suffer much from subconcious suggestion, in general that is, not in the scope of Eyes on You?
No. I'm usually quite in control of my mind. Besides, I have a good memory.
What's your favorite thing to do on a Thursday afternoon?
I have to work, so I don't have any choice in the matter. I don't like Thursdays.
What is your preffered brand of toilet paper?
Anything soft and quilted.
Have you ever kicked anyone in the shin with steel toe boot?
*sigh* No...
What are your thoughts on Norse Longboats?
They're beautiful to look at, but not very practical.
If you saw a cabbage ape smoting a pedestrian, how would you respond?
I would continue with my daily activities.
Strange questions... philbo_baggins 12-17-2003, 10:27 PM Here's a few more question Skippy. I'm just trying to get to know my EoFF Site Staff better.

I don't like pickles.
Have you ever traveled to a distant country?
I've been to Spain. Once. I didn't like it, though.
Have you ever been to a turkish prison?
Have you ever seen a grown man naked?
No, but I've been to a gymnasium.
Am I annoying with these Holy Grail references?
Nah, not really.
What is your favorite Snes rpg?
Zelda III, of course. I played it constantly when I was younger. I still play it on my GBA SP.
Favorite PC rpg?
I like the 'Little Big Adventure' series. Crude, but enjoyable.
What is your favorite sport?
Amateur/Professional Wrestling.
Arwen or the blonde one from Rohan whose name sounds like Arwen but I don't know what it is?
Definitely Eowyn. Normally, I'd side with the Elf, but I don't think Liv is attractive.
Legolas or Aragorn?
Legolas. He looks cool.
Merry or Pippin?
Merry, because he was born about three minutes from where I live, and grew up in this area.
Sam or Frodo?
Sam, because he's a loveable idiot.
did you like grade 1? ;D
I absolutely hated every single day of schooling that I had to endure. The bullies, the teachers and the prejudice was unbelievable. I wouldn't go back there, even if I had the opportunity to do so.
If you could be one Star Trek charachter, who would it be?
I don't really like Star Trek that much. However, if I had to pick a character, it would be 'Seven of Nine', for obvious reasons.
Would you dress up like a ST charachter and wait in line in a tent for 5 days for a movie to come out?
No, I'd rent the movie from the video store once it was released.
Are teh people that do so insane?
Yes, but I can understand their obsession. I'd do the same for LoTR or WWE Wrestling.
Will I ever get a girlfriend?
I often ask myself the exact same question. :(

Nothing, I just don't enjoy the taste. It's too sickly and horrible.
If you're a Jehovah's Witness, is it ok for you to frolick with us non-witnesses?
Sure. Otherwise I wouldn't be doing it.
Is it true you're not allowed to go to parties, go to the prom and some other things that make you hang out with non-witnesses?
Certain things may be frowned upon, but as far as I know, activities like the ones you mentioned are purely conscience matters. If you think that you won't be stumbling anyone else from your faith by attending these sort of gatherings, then you do it. If there's a possibility of you getting caught up in wrongdoing, such as pre-marital sexual relations, smoking, getting drunk and other things that God disapproves of (and commands us not to do), then we steer clear from these activities as much as we can.
The reason I ask is because one of my best-friends was a witness and she never participated in anything cause her parents frowned on it... then she moved out, cut her ankle length hair and burned all her dresses Way to rebel. xD
It's a personal decision. If you don't want to be part of the faith, then you leave. If you don't want to follow the rules that are set out by God for your own protection, then you leave. If the girl didn't want to participate in gatherings like this, then it was her decision. Her parents wouldn't really have had much influence over her decision. Hell, what parents these days can stop a teenager from doing something they really want to do? It's not as strict as it sounds, and people often exaggerate our beliefs and moral guidelines. Plus, we have many, many gatherings such as this within our faith, so for people who want to stay as one of God's true witnesses, there are plenty of gatherings to attend and things to do as a big family.
Do you plan on staying a Jehovah's Witness all your life?
I hope to. I try my best.
Are you really only going to marry into your religion?
Again, I hope so. Some become desperate and leave the faith...but the majority of them return after a while. I'm only following the Bible's counsel which says 'only marry in the Lord'. Again, it's a protection and a blessing to have this kind of knowledge.
Am I offending you? If I am, I am really sorry I'm just curious.
No, but you keep spelling God's name wrong. It's Jehovah.
Cottage Pie or Sheppards pie?
Shepherd's pie.
Light or dark beer?
Yuck. Alcohol. :(
Gatoraide or water? (if you don't drink beer)
I don't know what Gatoraide is, so water.
Lamborghini, or Jaguar?
As long as it gets me to my destination, I don't care.
Beef or Chicken?
Beef, please. I dislike chicken. Kossage 12-18-2003, 10:53 PM What's your favourite Disney movie?

EDIT: And I shall ask one -
What is it like belonging to a faith viewed as a... well, a cult, by much of the world?
I mean this in the most respectful manner one could ask this question, of course. Rainecloud 12-19-2003, 08:28 AM What is it like belonging to a faith viewed as a... well, a cult, by much of the world?
Actually, that's completely false. The majority of the world don't view us as a cult - they simply don't know what we are. We are not a cult. The definition of a cult is as follows: "A religion or religious sect generally considered to be extremist or false, with its followers often living in an unconventional manner under the guidance of an authoritarian, charismatic leader." We don't consider our beliefs to be extreme or false, and we certainly do not follow a human leader. Our only authority is God, whos laws are recorded for us in the Bible. We do not worship, bow down to or follow any human leader. It's unfortunate, but there are many falsehoods across the world concerning all different types of religions. Many have exaggerated or totally falsified our beliefs, which leads to people hating us for no reason. If you do have any questions concerning our faith, please, feel free to ask.

Ryu or Ken, who do you like better? Rainecloud 12-21-2003, 09:23 AM Hmm....Why do you find it hard to talk to people??
Paranoia, fear, and some more paranoia. I don't understand why, but whenever I try to approach strangers in an attempt to make new friends, I feel very frightened and sick to my stomach. I've had some bad experiences in the past at school, and it's hard for me to let go of these memories.
Has anyone ever ridiculed you in a cruel way over your reluctance to be social?
I ignored the school bullies who ridiculed me, but the people at my current place of work are even worse. I thought I would be almost in the clear once I started working full-time, and I presumed that grown-ups would indeed be more grown-up. Unfortunately, they're even more cruel than the school children.
Were you an active member at FFR?
Yes. Afterlab made me a Moderator and Administrator at one point, but I eventually left. I was going through a bad patch in my life which has now been sorted out. I did return for a while before it closed it's doors for good(?), though.
