Song I wrote a few years back

I've never posted in this area of EoFF before although I do quite a bit of writing. This is a song that I wrote for my g/f back in my early highschool years when we first hooked up after being friends, who ended up being the one who got away (turned out to be the best thing ever though. She was my first love, but I found another who will be celebrating 4 years with me in Feb!!) Anyways every person I've sang this song to has been touched by it in some way, and although better when I sing it, I hope that some of you can feel for it as well.

Anyway, don't worry about anyone taking this. Everyone here is really dependable... (I think... ~glances around~) heheh... I'm sure that if anyone took that and posted it somewhere else... word would get around and everyone would be hunting them down and making them pay... and I don't mean money! ^~

Very well written... it has a nice rhyming scheme, but it isn't overbearing like some other songs I've heard/read. Nice work!
