Neat Strategy. Now I have to have patience enough to master the Hunter job in order to make real use of it.

Where can I get these Double Lances?

I know of a way to get even more hits. Cast Quick, then use X-Fight twice for 16 hits (32 hits if you're using these "Double Lances").

actually, this does not work. the double lance does strike twice per hit if you use the attack command, but if Sshot! is used, the sword will only hit once, so you are still limited to 8x hits. if you use quick, you can get 16x hits in, but not 32x
