Okay when I get a blueprint and try to build it, a box pops up and says its too big 50% of the time. How do I correct that?

You need to buy the items from cid that allow you to make gummi ships bigger than the default. I <B>think</B> they're the ones with COM in the name, at the bottom. The item description will say how many blocks it'll let you use. You only need to buy one, and it lets you make all of your gummi ships bigger.

That is correct, you need to buy them from CID if you want to expand.
