I would've said I understood it, if not for the first line, and the lack of apostrophes, which reminds me of nothing other than computerish newb-speak. So I can't understand it. Other than the theme of denial, as in denial of "service" at a restaraunt, and "denial of service" of web content, and the anger and frustration that results from both at times, or the anger that results from being denied something in general. Unless I'm drawing parallels that don't even exist, which is likely. If I was giving the poem a title I'd call it "denied".
