Tactics Port to GBA?

I came across some information the other day, that said FF Tactics was going to have a direct port to GBA!

Is that true? All I know about is the upcoming game, FFT Advance. Any info on this I would appreciate.

FFT Advance is actually the sequel to FFT. Although I'm unsure at this point whether Ramza is reprising his role as the main character or not, I'm going to get a GBA just for this game.

Master_Dragoner said he already knows about FFT Advance, he heard about a direct port of <b>the original</b> Final Fantasy Tactics to Game Boy Advance.

I haven't heard anything about a direct port of Final Fantasy Tactics Master_Dragoner, where did you hear this? I would love to pick up Final Fantasy Tactics on GBA, so the bit of info that you got would be appreciated.

FFTAdvance is not a sequal to FFT. There is no related story plot, and the only thing that minorly links the games is that both worlds are called Ivalice.
