I was on a FFV walkthrough [great game] and it said that if you combine a Maiden's Kiss and a Holy Water on X-Death at the end, he won't change into NeoXdeth. Is this true?????

No! That combination is for ressurecting Aeris in FF7 :D

Seriously, that just sounds like another typical rumor to me. Unless you feel like trying it, and then giving us documented proof, I'm going to toss it up as an unfounded rumor.
