Pick your weapon

If you had to pick a weapon from any of the final fantasy games what would it be?
I would probably pick the GunBlade, but well, that is what I would choose.

Atma Weapon, hands down. It looks like a lightsaber and it wipes the floor with every other weapon in its respective game, and that's enough for me.

And methinks this should be in General FF, but a mod'll probably move it for you.

While it's in a forum that I regularly read, I'll say that I'd prefer a Sun Sword, for reasons that only FF1 players would appreciate.

Apollo's harp from ff5. It's so cool.

I would chose the dirk from FFVI. Nothing beats the basic of basic weapons.

Mop.

Nail Bat.

I second the notion of the Atma Weapon.

But I always was under that the higher number given to you by the masamune meant it was better then the murasame.:p

Small Dagger. Instead of using it as a weapon I would sell it for a slice of pizza.

I'd like the Shimmering Blade, if I was able to carry it and it wasn't bigger than me. Some sort of staff would be more realistic.

Seifer's Gunblade, i think his looks cooler then Squall's.

A spear or a lance with two sharp heads on both ends.

Spears in general. I mean look at all the kewl spears FF has had. not to mention defensive capabilities (You can defend with it better than a sword, as your hands can be spaced a bit. On a sword, they are side by side, and to fully block a hit, you need to be REALLY strong. But what do I know?)

I'd use the Excalibur II in combination with Vivi's magic... or just the Excalibur II :D

I would get clouds buster sword

I second the Cloud's Buster Sword, especially 'cause my friend bought one exactly like it from that swords.com place.

I would have to take the Masamune because it's powerful and easy to use. Either that or one of those magic guns from Final Fantasy Tactics. It would help me save my MP for when I really needed it. And the Masamune would probably be really hard to get, anyway.

Nirvana when it's all powered up with the celestial sigils and crests. Oohhh yeah baby, 1 MP, triple overdrive, break damage limit, double AP...(starts to drool). Some one get me a towel...:giddy:

I'm pretty partial to the nail bat....

But I'd take a basic rod. Why? Because NO ONE expects to have their ass thoroughly kicked by a guy with a stick! :D

Definately the MasaMune From Sephiroth, I love Dai-Katana's

on second thought, I'll go with the nail bat. The rod might be light and easy to weild, but man, nothing beats giving your foes tetanus every time you hit 'em.

I want to say the Ragnarok or the Excalibur from FFT but the Atma Weapon owns ALL. Nothing beats 9,999 damage x 4 + 5,000 x 4. It just can't be done!

But in reality, I have a mop, so, in liew of that, Cloud's Organics sword from FF7, it was all ripply and looked a hell of a lot more evil than the buster sword.

I'd have to pick the Ultima Weapon / Twin Sword from FFIX. I got my Zidane to lvl 99 and can easily dish out 9999 with every attack move he makes. Plus it looks like a double-lightsaber and it blew me away first time I saw it.

For me? Hmmm.....

i'd pick zidanes daggers from ff9 :chop:

I would either choose FFVIII's gunblade, Linoheart to be exact, or Sephiroth's Masamune from FFVII. Can't decide which though. :eep:

I have to agree with Strider.... Lionheart wins hands down.
