Car stereos...

Today i purchased two JL audio 12" W3 subwoofers. Now i dont know sh*t about amps. Im wonderin if anyone knew what kinda amp i would need to push both of my subs?? I get the money to get the amp 2 morrow so any help would be appreciated.

If memory serves, you need an amp with a channel for each spair of speakers, or each sub powered. You'll probably require a 2-channel amp to effectively power a pair of subs, but the power of your amp, depends on the wattage (RMS, not peak) of your subs.
