Favorite Blitz Tech.

hmm, does bum rush work in snes? i mean with the original config(a=2b=1etcetc). for some reason, i've tried clicking both buttons for a diagonal button many times, it never worked.

Aurabolt sucks because my copy of Anthology skips everytime I use it. :(

Bum Rush simply because it makes me think of naughty, naughty things.

Bum rush, I guess, but I can't seem to pull it off. the diagonals on my game seem to be hard to pull.

i actually like pummel, i can go

or a frickin 360 where i have slim chances to tack on an extra 2-3k. actually i could just have him attack just as well ;)

either firedance because it hits everyone or pummel because it's cool.

bumrush and aurabolt are my favs.

Everyone forgot about the Air Blade... but Bum Rush is still the winner

Pummel because it's simple and powerful. Bum Rush is close though.

Fire Dance is cool but remember, it is fire elemental.

Bum Rush for single enemy or focusing, Air Blade to all enemies (can't believe that only a few chose this).

Alternate way of pulling of Bum Rush: L L U U R R D D L (A) where:

L: LEFT
R: RIGHT
U: UP
D: DOWN
A: Activate button.

My Sabin can do about 8500++ at 60. O_O;;;

Currently he is 95 and I rather let him use the Genji glove and Offering hitting trick. 3000 x 8 damage. WHOO!

everybody forgot about mantra. its actually helpful. all i do is load up sabin with the best armor i can get at his current level so he takes little damage and when he uses mantra it heals all the weaker people.












but i go with.......hmmm.........pummel......and aurabolt.

I like Suplex the most. Bum Rush is probably the most useful, though.

Fire Dance, for sure. It's the first of Sabin's blitzes that attacks multiple targets. At the beginning of the game, this is by far the most useful attack.

My favorite blitz tech is not even putting sabin in my party. I tend to dislike abilities that require something other than a simple push of a button to use. Considering how many ways one can inflict huge damage either on a single or multiple targets, why bother with blitzes or swordtechs. especially swordtechs. they suck hardcore.

Bum Rush, of course. You can do massive damage early in the WoR with it...

Isn't Aura Bolt holy elemental?

Aura Bolt is indeed Holy elemental. Very useful against the undead. And with Fire Dance I could clear out most random encounters in the Magitek Facility in one fell swoop.

Early Game:
Aurabolt for single enemies
Fire Dance for multiple enemies

Late Game:
Bum Rush for single enemies (obviously)
Air Blade for multiple enemies

do you mean they suck 'cause they're so easy to do it's almost cheating? I mean, I got so reflexive with pulling off Bum Rush that I could do it in almost as little time as pressing up then a to summon. And yes, I used the circular motion technique. DDLLUURRD or whatever if for people who never played Street Fighter :D

My favorite is Suplex, even though it never works. I do martial arts in real life, and I just love throw and takedowns, they're tons of fun. For me it's like pulling off a Limit Break...

I like Aurabolt, cuz when you get the hang of it, it's quick and easy for 1 monster, plus the light is cool :p . Bum Rush is almost the same, but longer & most powerful.

Multi, I start with Fire Dance, and later I move into AirBlade.

Spiraler... fneh.

Mantra... just for emergencies.

pummel & suplex are just stuff I'd use... whenever.

is it possible to do a few of the blitzes on a computer if i have the Rom for this game?

oh yeah, once you get the bum rush down pat there really isn't much use for his attack button, as each turn you can do 6000 - 8500 points of damage

I can do Bum rush, aurabolt, firedance and other blitz with my toes. (but then again I played alot of SF2)

BUM RUSH AS IT IS THE POWERFULL.

aurabolt is wonderful early in the game, especially in esper cave. bum rush is cool, and i use sabin a lot at the beginning, but at the end i prefer sword users, for the last fight... especially if you can steal the Atma Weapon and Ragnarok just before kefka :)
2 Atma weapons? Level 99? 9999X8???? 79992HP muhahaha i love it... + excalibur, ragnarok and illumina.... you can't lose can you? so i leave sabin out of it :D

the correct termanology for the ""Holy"" is pearl, and Aura bolt is the coolest, period.
