So "HE" is in the game now...(GBA version SPOILERS)MJN SEIFER 03-12-2009, 11:24 PM I havently played it but via YouTube videos I found out that Enuo is now able to be seen by the characters and you can fight him. Is this good or bad? qwertysaur 03-12-2009, 11:55 PM Euno is found at the end of the new dungeon as a superboss. You get the Necromancer Job for beating him, not a bad deal at all :p rubah 03-13-2009, 12:38 AM I had to go back and look up the fanslated script for the snes version because I seriously did not remember his name being mentioned in the game, so I wasn't really happy about it, but it turns out that someone does mention him, so it's not like an ultimecia/necron type job. Kawaii Ryűkishi 03-13-2009, 01:33 AM Putting Enuo in the game isn't necessarily a bad idea, but the way it was executed in the GBA port was terribly lazy. They were clearly just looking for anything to use as an extra super-boss, just like how they based an alternate form of the Emperor on a slightly different-looking piece of concept art for FFII, and ripped the Easy Type sprite of Zeromus for the inexplicable "Zeromus EG" for FFIV. Enuo is found at the end of the new dungeon as a superboss. You get the Necromancer Job for beating him, not a bad deal at all :pExcept, once you've beaten him, you have nothing to use the Necromancer job on. qwertysaur 03-13-2009, 03:06 AM Putting Enuo in the game isn't necessarily a bad idea, but the way it was executed in the GBA port was terribly lazy. There is also the Cloister of the Dead, Neo Shinryu and Omega MKII :p http://ffvspirit.com/i/mlarge/enuo.gif Kawaii Ryűkishi 03-13-2009, 03:24 AM I took care of Omega Revised and Shinryu Revised before Enuo, so that just leaves an incomplete boss rush. Your image link is broken, by the way. Hotlinking. Crimson 03-13-2009, 04:53 AM He's an easier version of the Neo Shinryu fight. Oh, your REALLY gonna love that fight. ;) Wolf Kanno 03-13-2009, 06:07 AM I liked him being here, if only cause its rare for the optional dungeon to be tied to the story a little bit, even if it wasn't spectacular. At least I can believe that Enuo could kick my ass harder than Ex-Death rather than some nameless monster. Am I the only one who didn't have problems with Neo Shin Ryu? He was ridiculously easy, just took forever. Bastian 03-13-2009, 06:19 AM I've played FFV twice and have no idea who Enuo is . . . Wolf Kanno 03-13-2009, 06:23 AM He's the creator of the Void. He couldn't control it and was swallowed by it. It was later sealed away and now Ex-Death seeks it. rubah 03-13-2009, 06:59 AM it's okay, he's mentioned like twice max, the first time by one certain hard-backed sage. Varimath 04-18-2009, 11:16 AM It gets really exciting now since I actually have permission to enter the Bonus Dungeon now. I will venture into it and hope to defeat him. :D My party is just 48, so I guess I need to level a bit first. | |
