Mondays suck because they exist to remind you that your weekend is over.
I feel exactly the same. So I just try not thinking about it and forgetting I had a weekend.

I used to work Wednesday through Sunday, and I personally preferred that. Working 8 to 5 Monday through Friday is a pain in the ass because it's nearly impossible to get anything outside work done.
