The above is the message that appears over the user list when viewing the forum index page as a guest. The first sentence seems redundant to me. Forums forums? Same thing with the last sentence: contact contact us. In a (strange) way, I can see how they work like they are but these two things really bug me and they seem grammatically incorrect. :p

Are you referring to the forums or site index?

It's the forum index. The message isn't the one that appears when you're a new member, it's the one on the page when you're viewing as a guest or you're logged out.
