Emulators

It seems as if a link to an emulator site (Emulators - NG Emulation source for Xbox, GBA, Nintendo 64, PSP, Nintendo DS and more! (http://www.ngemu.com/)) is on the bottom of the forums, does this mean we now have the right to post links to roms and emulators or even attach them to our posts themselves?

Or is it one rule for one, and another rule for another situation :confused:

I think the laws regarding emulators are different than those regarding roms.

Are you sure? I've never come across an emulator that provided the bios with it. I've always had to downl... err, dump my own bios files...

official word has that it's part of a link exchange, so I guess it's legit ftm.
