I noticed that something looked weird about the place but couldn't figure out what, but that bar with the post number and a direct link to it has disappeared. Was that intentional or no? Although I think from Del's post maybe not.

Yes, I only see it on the first post.

If the owners are making changes to the layout they have not informed us.

Yeah its pretty disorienting. Will this have some kind of announcement or will it be fixed?

I have no idea. I could snoop around the Admin CP and try to fix it, but I'm not sure if this was intentionally done by someone.

Ever since the server change, I think, I'm not getting email notifications for PMs. My email is still the same and I tried unchecking/rechecking the option, and it still isn't happening. So unless it's just me, somehow, that needs fixing. If it's on my end, I don't know what could be causing it.

I have post links but the spacing of peoples posts is all mucked up... I've also noticed a bug with direct linking where it doesn't actually link directly to the post just to one of the pages in the general vicinity...

The email notification thing might have something to do with the Senior Site Staff group, then.

I have no idea what it is, then. If something was changed about SSS permissions in the past couple weeks, that could've been it. But I'm definitely not getting any.

I can't find anything that would indicate the SSS group is the problem. If you have another email address, try changing it to that then changing it back and see if that corrects it.

so what was the problem that you fixed to get the permalink back, Del?

Check your staff thread, dummy! But for the rest: <img src="http://forums.eyesonff.com/images/icons/icon1.gif"> was set as the default post icon.
