a simple request.

Can I have the EoFF Classic skin redone as not to include the completely useless digg/whatever buttons right next to Quote/X-Quote? I figure EoFF Classic looks bad enough with these hideous banners which Adblock fails to remove, and I think most of us jaded oldbies who use EoFF Classic are slightly disgusted that such a useless function would be slapped onto an other beautiful forum layout.

Thank you,
Eric.

It looks like they've been removed from Fluffy Puff, is it possible they were being removed as you were making this?

Check your post, good sir Cimanim and you will see that is not true! (on classic, anyway)

Well, they weren't there when I posted D: What's going on?!

Wow, as far as I can see, it looks like just your first post is immune to those little guys.

This post too.

Well I guess not now.

Nvm, they're gone again these are 2 second edits XD (I'll stop after this one so it doesn't seem like spam) D:

They don't really impact negatively on my EoFF lurking experience, but they do make the old 'attack' button look positively useful in comparison (and, er, it wasn't).

Yeah, I'd have to agree that they are a tad useless and make the bar look a bit cluttered. They were the first thing I really noticed when I actually visited this again and there just seems to be an abundance of icons now. I actually quite miss the 'attack' button.

I'd attack it.

The site owners put these buttons here, therefore without their go ahead they will not be removed. I doubt a separate template will be made without these buttons.

Jowy, Adblock does get rid of the ads, so I don't know why you're still seeing them. You could try downloading Filterset.g, that might help. Anyway, I don't see how the buttons are really that unsightly. They're pretty small. I don't see why there isn't an option to hide/disable them in the personal options, though.

If you don't like them then why not ad block the picture files? It would make them disappear. I don't really like their placing. I prefer they be placed next to the warn button along with all the stupid AIM and Attack button things from days long past.

Yeah, at least align them properly :p

We can't get rid of everything just because some people don't like the looks. I seriously doubt we'll be modifying various skins to match user-specific requests.

I got rid of them easily enough tbh. You're just not trying hard enough, Eric. :mad2:

Ooh, me too (after the hint). This AdBlock thing is pretty good.

Now I'm going to remove ed's avatar, permanently.

How do you add block them? I have the add block thing for FireFox, it's just a matter of knowing how to use it xD

Right click on the image and select 'Adblock Image...' (it should be the last item).

Somehow ed's picture has returned. I smell something fishy and I am talking about ed.
