Gilgamesh's swords

Did anyone notice that the first sword gilgamesh pulls out was the buster sword? and what were the other swords?

Tidus's Brotherhood

Squall's Gunblade

Sword of Legend(Dragon Quest, the very last sword he pulls out)

Not sure about the others though

All of them fake though. The brotherhood doesn't have a hanging part on both sides, the Cloud blade he shows has a "fake" writen on it...

I think it translates to "Replica."

I think I heard from somewhere that the "Sword of Legend" he has is the Wyrmhero Blade. And special swords he has are: Tournesol, Cloud's Buster Sword, Squall's Revolver, Zidane's Orichalcum, Tidus' Brotherhood, and Odin's Zantetsuken. The rest are just regular katanas.

yeah, i thought it was a cool throwback when i read what the sign meant on the buster sword.

I thought the one w/ the sun on it was the Sun Blade, which was the most powerful weapon in FFI, but I think it's called something else that you can actually get.

That's the Tournesol, which is the most annoying thing to get in FF XII. But it's definitely worth it.

Nope, but I think that symbol on the sword is "Kanji," or fake.

I don't know which swords are his, I haven't even made it that far in the game yet, I'm still at Archadia or what not.

By the way Cim, encountering Gilgamesh is in a two part elite hunt.
Best hunt ever, and most fitting for a challenge of wits and prowess.

Is it just me or does Gilgamesh wield two gunblades.

If you read Gilgamesh's beastary entry it actually says there is no evidence to suggest any of the swords are genuine or something to that effect

You sure that these weapons that Gilgamesh wears aren't the 1st desings of the weapons? These can be the very 1st desings SqEn ppl were making. They wanted to have use for these and created a funny character named Gilgamesh to use them. Then again It could be possible that Gilgamesh has modified the original weps for his personal use? :D
