I think Cid's aware we're cooking something up, but just to be sure I reackon somebody ought to tell him the details. Shlup, for instance, seems to have a Cid Hotline.

Because I know Raistlin is going to ask me this probably very quickly, who in here agrees with Shlup's decision to unban Kishi and re-knight him? Raistlin thinks it's only shlup and I can't honestly give him any more. And then in feedback m4tt hinted that there are more...

Well, I'm one of the majority of the Staff that totally disagrees with this. I am extremely disappointed in this decision, especially after I had to ban HOOTERS and take all of that flak for banning Peter and not banning Bert. Yes, Kishi is EoFF, but that shouldn't put him above any other member in cases like this. This is the straw that's going to break my back.

I'm leaving Staff because of this and the only reason I'm posting it here is so that everyone knows exactly why I'm doing it so no one has to wonder about why I left. No Former Staff title for me please because that would just be a mockery.

RSL, you're right - Shlup definitely needs some people, and some strong arguments, on her side. I don't really like how she's getting demonised while Matt and I are being martyred.

Hi,
You're probably getting bombarded with emails and PMs from irate EoFFers, ranting and raving about Kishi and things. I *think* you know already, but just in case you don't, it's all OK. This year's staff April Fool's gag is all about a fake meltdown in staff. Yesterday, Kishi got 'banned' for posting something dodgy. Today, he's been unbanned and now there's a huge kerfuffle going on.

It's all been staged; all the staff are in on it willingly. Nothing to worry about, no matter what some regulars might be saying. We've got it all timetabled, including who's going to resign when, and we'll reveal it was all a hoax in a few days' time.
