Paint? Anyhow. Save that flag - choose a filetype out of JPG, GIF or PNG if possible, BMPs are very large. Then, come to Eyeson, choose Add Reply, and scroll down until you see the Manage attachments button.
When you find the button, click, and it should open a new window:
As you see, you can upload your picture into one of these five slots by pressing the browse button and chosing your picture. After you have done that, press the Upload button, and wait until it shows it has uploaded it.
After you have uploaded it, you could do like I have done in this post, and copy the URL of the picture and put it straight into your post, as an image.
