It's all legally related. I've asked them (and Nintendo and Sony :P) about it before. I'm sure they want to do this kind of stuff worldwide, but apparently it's complicated.
Edit: All the game-related stuff though is sure to come out everywhere. It's only the video content that gets barred. |
